Flightcases – custom-made transport cases for event technology

Our flightcases are not off the shelf, but made individually for each device: you choose wood colour, wheels, stacking recesses, tour label tray and engraving directly on the product. Whether mixing console, lighting technology, speakers or cable accessories – if your device is not listed, we will manufacture the case to measure.

Our materials

Birke-Multiplex mit mehrlagiger, kreuzweise verleimter Lagenstruktur. Die wechselnde Faserrichtung der Furnierlagen macht die Platte verwindungssteif und bruchfest – anders als einlagige oder grobporige Plattenwerkstoffe, die bei Stößen eher splittern.

Phenolic-resin-based coating with a leather texture, instead of the PVC film commonly used in case manufacturing. The difference shows in everyday touring use: more scratch-resistant and heat-resistant, whereas PVC films tend to tear or come loose under strong heat or contact with sharp edges.

High-quality fittings and profiles from Adam Hall and Penn Elcom are used – two of the most established manufacturers of case and rack hardware in the pro audio/event sector.

Flight cases are custom-built from wood, plastic cases are prefabricated, lighter and waterproof.

Why phenolic resin instead of PVC film?

Phenolic resin is more scratch-resistant and heat-resistant in daily touring operations – PVC films are more likely to tear under high heat or sharp contact.

The well-known leather look is still the same in our cases as you know it.
